Week 3

Jan 25- Feb 1

The glory of this latter house shall be greater than that of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts. Haggai 2:9 KJV

As some prepare to close out this week of fasting and others continue in their fast, we turn our focus to divine connections for awakening. When God awakens us to Him in new areas, our hearts begin to burn and our spirits hunger for more. Awakening begins with awareness.

God does not pour fresh oil on hearts that are unwilling to long for more. This week, we intentionally allow God to reintroduce Himself to each of us. We invite Him to repair the altar within our hearts—every place that has been broken, bruised, battered, fatigued, or left unconsecrated.

Invite God into those places, so that the glory of the latter is greater than the former. Let renewal rise, let hunger increase, and let awakening take root within us.

If you’d like, I can also reshape this into a corporate fasting exhortation, short daily reading, or closing prayer to match your setting.

Day 15 | Sunday

Divine Connection for Holiness

Obadiah 1:17a NKJV – But on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness.

Hebrews 12:14: NKJV – Pursue peace with all people, and pursue holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.

Devotion

We are called to be holy because God is holy. We are to pursue holiness, and we are called to pursue peace. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.” As we connect with God in fresh and deeper ways, His Word penetrates our lives in new and transformative places.

In this process, we become more like Him—the old passes away, and His new agenda arises within us. Holiness is a process. Sanctification is a process. Growth is a journey.

Allow God’s process to have its perfect work in you, shaping you, refining you, and drawing you closer to His heart.

Prayer

Father, deliver us from everything that hinders us from pursuing holiness. We long to see You, and we desire to hear You say, “Well done, My good and faithful servant.” Make us peacemakers in the earth, carriers of Your presence and Your peace.

As we yield fully to You, teach us to operate in greater levels of Your authority, so that, like our Lord, we speak to the storms and declare, “Peace! Be still.” Let our lives reflect Your power, humility, and love, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Day 16 | Monday

Divine Strength to Remain Faithful and Strength to Remain Pure in an Impure World

2 Corinthians 6:6-7 NLT - We prove ourselves by our purity, our understanding, our patience, our kindness, by the Holy Spirit within us, and by our sincere love. (7) We faithfully preach the truth. God’s power is working in us. We use the weapons of righteousness in the right hand for attack and the left hand for defense.

Philippians 4:8 NLT – Finally, brothers (includes the sisters) fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent, and worthy of praise.

Devotion

Living a life of integrity and purity where we work, where we live, and where we play is the backbone of advancing God’s Kingdom on the earth. It is worship in action. Today and every day, we commit to internal transformation, righteous living, and separating ourselves from worldly passions so that our lives reflect God’s holiness.

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.”

Prayer

Father, in a world where the enemy has influenced so many areas of life, we choose to operate in Your divine strength and power. We are strengthened through our union with You. As we continue to consecrate ourselves and our lives to You, make us aware of any area where we need to grow in greater faithfulness to You and to Your Word.

We willingly release the desires of this world so that Your latter glory may rest upon us and that the lives of others may be transformed through us. Strengthen us to remain pure and holy in our daily walk. Teach us to draw from the fruit of Your faithfulness, that we may remain faithful in all things.

Make it clear to us what this looks like, both individually and collectively. Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. We guard the gates of our eyes, our ears, and our hearts, allowing only what is of You to dwell within us.

We declare that we are holy because You are holy. Thank You, Father, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Day 17 | Tuesday

Divinely Connecting So we Relearn How to BE STILL

Psalm 46:10 NLT Be still and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.

Devotion

As we still ourselves and step away from the noise, we intentionally seek God and grow comfortable in His presence. We decree that we can hear the still, small voice of God. We sense His presence in new and deeper ways, and we welcome daily time with Him, in the stillness where He speaks and unveils Himself to us.

He is worthy of our time, and He is worthy of the sacrifice of our praise.

Prayer

Father, we choose to make room for Your presence in our day and in our lives. We fully and completely yield to You. We release what no longer feeds us, and we let go of the familiar so that we may embrace the new thing You are doing in New Destiny and in our lives.

Teach us to protect the anointing You have entrusted to us. We have been crying out for fresh oil and fresh fire, and we refuse to revive old fires and call them new. Today, we pray boldly: Light a new fire in me.

We declare: I am not behind. I am not forgotten. You see me, Jehovah Rohi, the Lord my Shepherd. I thank You for yesterday’s victories, but I will not rely on yesterday’s oil. I renounce dryness. I renounce fatigue. I renounce routine. I renounce anything that brings stagnation.

In the stillness of Your presence, I make room for the fresh oil I am expecting from You. I entwine my heart with Yours, Yahweh, and I receive Your divine strength. You meet me right here, in the stillness of Your presence.

Day 18 | Wednesday

Divine Connections for Spiritual Renewal and a Divine Awakening

Isaiah 40:31 TPT But those who entwine their hearts with Yahweh will experience divine strength. They will rise up on soaring wings and fly like eagles, run their races without growing weary, and walk through life without giving up.

Nehemiah 8:10b  NLT The joy of the Lord is your strength!

Psalm 16:11 NLT – You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of Your presence and the pleasures of living with You forever.

Devotion

As you come before the Father, allow Him to strip you once again, so He can rebuild you for what lies ahead. Let Him rebuild you on a greater foundation. Let Him anoint you with fresh oil and entrust you with greater dimensions of authority.

We desire to be awakened, no longer merely serving in the Kingdom, but enforcing the Kingdom. God’s divine awakening within us propels us into new realms of authority and transformation. We begin to move on God’s behalf, boldly, obediently, and without inhibition.

Prayer

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for Your strength to fortify us as Your body, that we may fulfill Your divine purpose. We declare that in every undertaking and every situation, we will seek Your wisdom and acknowledge You, trusting You to direct our paths.

We pray for patience and perseverance to overcome weariness, to endure fatigue, stress, and every challenge we face. We rely fully on Your strength and Your power. We trust in Your faithfulness to keep us standing, weathering every storm as we speak Your Word and boldly declare, “Peace, be still.”

You, Lord, fight for us. Teach us to be still and to know that You are God. Steady our feet upon Your holy mountain, where You are calling us higher. Grant Your children divine stamina, we pray. Set us securely upon high places, in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Day 19 | Thursday

Divine Connectivity to Increase Your Hunger and Thirst for God

Luke 6:21 NKJV – Blessed are you who hunger now, for you shall be filled.

Psalm 63:1 AMPC – O God, You are my God, earnestly will I seek You; my inner self thirst for You, my flesh longs and is faint for You, in a dry and weary land where no water is.

Devotion

How hungry are you for God? How hungry are you for His presence? How thirsty are you to truly know Him? Hunger plays a major role in our spiritual lives; the level of our hunger determines the supply we receive from Him.

Be hungry for God. Be hungry for His presence. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise, for only in His presence is there fullness of joy.

Ask God to increase your desire for Him, to ignite the hunger you felt when you first got saved. Ask that His Word would be a source of delight and joy, just as it was when you first encountered Him.

Prayer

Father, increase the level of our hunger and thirst for You, not for Your works, Lord, but for Your presence. Increase our desire to sit at Your feet and to seek You alone.

Stir in us a longing that surpasses even the hunger we felt when we first got saved, when we would run to church just to be in Your presence, to hear from You, and to worship with the saints.

We declare that we are not too busy for You, Father. We forsake convenience to embrace the greater joy of Your presence. Today, we receive a fresh zeal for the Lord and a renewed passion to seek Him, in Jesus’ name.

Day 20 | Friday

Luke 15:20 NIV - But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him, and kissed him".

2 Peter 3:9 ESV - The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

Luke 15:10 NKJV – Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”

Devotion

It is God’s will that none should perish, but that all come to a knowledge of Him. Take a moment to examine your circle; identify 4–5 people in your life who have been hurt, misled, or drifted away from God. Pray for the prodigals to return to the Lord.

Look for those who are not yet saved and pray that they would confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe that God raised Him from the dead, so that they might receive salvation. Consider those at your workplace, your neighbors, your family—wherever God has placed you.

We are the light on the hill. Let us actively look for opportunities to invite God into the lives of the lost, trusting Him to use His shepherd’s hook to bring them back. As God revives us, we win the lost to the Lord and build His Kingdom.

Prayer

Father, draw the prodigal back to You. Heal the wounded hearts and cause forgiveness to rise within each one, so that they release what has offended them and turn their hearts fully to You.

Send laborers into the vineyard, for the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few. Send us, Father! Send us to witness to the lost. Go before us and prepare the hearts of those we will encounter, guiding us in what to say and do. Divinely connect us to move in wisdom and boldness at the appointed time.

You have said that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. Order our steps, Lord, so that Your Kingdom expands as You draw the lost and the prodigal back to Yourself.

Divine Connections in the Year of the HOOK for Holy Spirit to Hook the Prodigal and the Unsaved

Day 21 | Saturday

Divine Connections for Unity in the Spirit and the Church

John 17:21 AMP – That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me.

Psalm 133:1 KJV – Behold, how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.

Devotion

The enemy’s purpose is to cause dissension, create opportunities to be offended, and to kill, steal, and destroy. But when the Church chooses to operate in the unity and authority of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the enemy is already defeated.

Unity forms a powerful bond that empowers believers to walk boldly in the power of the Spirit. Be vigilant and guard your hearts, for the devil prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

We declare that he cannot devour our families, our church, our cities, our states, or our nation. We stand firm in the authority and protection of God, proclaiming victory in Jesus’ name.

Prayer

Father, make us one. Help the Church to operate in unity, so that the world may see and believe that Jesus is sent from heaven. Reveal to us every strategy of the enemy, and empower us to overcome evil with good.

We have submitted our flesh to Your Word. We choose to live in unity, not giving in to the lusts of the flesh. We reject the evil works of darkness and embrace the light of Your Kingdom.

We pray for divine reconciliation in our families and among one another, so that Your name may be glorified in all we do in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Day 22 | Sunday

Connecting to our Divine God with our Divine Worship

Psalm 63:4 TPT – Daily I will worship You passionately and with all my heart. My arms will wave to You like banners of praise. I overflow with praise when I come before You, for the anointing of Your presence satisfies me like nothing else. You are such a rich banquet of pleasure to my soul.

Hebrew 12:28 ESV – Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe.

Devotion

Christ in you is the hope of glory. He is our divine worship leader, living inside our hearts and directing our worship to Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. As we connect with the divine, His Spirit leads our spirit.

Worship is an act of humility, a posture that turns our focus fully to God- His goodness, His faithfulness, and His attributes. He alone is worthy of our praise.

As we increase in worship, we are ushered into God’s presence. He sits upon our praise and dwells there. Genuine worship establishes a throne-like atmosphere, allowing God’s power and presence to manifest in our lives, bringing peace, breakthroughs, and divine strategies.

Our praise and worship invite God’s presence to inhabit the atmosphere. Let us usher in the King with our worship!

Prayer

Today, we come before the King of all kings and offer our worship to You, Lord. You alone are worthy to be adored, magnified, and worshipped. We bow down before You, our Maker and Redeemer!

You are great, O Lord, and worthy of all praise. Worthy is Your Name, Lord Jesus! Today, we magnify Your Name. You are our strength and our shield, and our hearts fully trust in You.

We lift our voices in praise and thanksgiving, declaring Your faithfulness over our lives. Our souls express eternal gratitude to You, Lord, now and forever!
