Week 3
Oct 6- Oct 12
A redemption prayer is a heartfelt plea for forgiveness and renewal. It seeks to restore one’s spirit and mend the bond with our divine Father. Through the power of prayer, we commit our desires to come into complete alignment with the kingdom of our Father and His Will, to overcome past mistakes and embrace a path of healing and transformation. We invite God’s grace to prevail. As we move in faith, we call on the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus! We declare that the trumpet has sounded, and we must respond! Our leaders in authority must respond! Evangelism/missions must respond! The church/congregation must respond! Our cities must respond! Our nations must respond! Our government must respond! We pray for the redeeming power of the blood of Jesus to usher in a great revival! By faith, we stand in expectation that we will see the redeeming power of the blood of Jesus manifest and complete it’s perfect work in every area that we cover together in agreement through prayer.
This is the year of Redemption. This week we will focus on The Call of the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus, as we live by faith!
Day 15 | Monday
By faith, we declare the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus over our leaders, and ALL those in authority (President, Governors, Mayors, State Officials, City Officials, Community/Civic, Family, and Church Leaders).
1 Timothy 2:11-2 (NIV) - First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.
Leadership is a combination of character and strategy. Better models produce better results. Today, by faith we are asking to cause the business of our leaders to make a character statement; no matter what the business or office our leaders stand in, whether it be government, city, state, national, civic, family, or church. Character gives the answer before we ask the question. Character is making a decision HOW you’re going to live your life BEFORE you live it. Today we are praying for God’s mercies on our leaders to lead with good character, the character of Christ. Our father’s compassions are new every morning. Great is His faithfulness.
Prayer
Father, by faith, we come before You praying for all leaders. We seek Your boundless mercy and healing touch. May Your grace flow over our leaders. Redeem their bodies, their minds, and their spirits. We trust Your divine plan, and we embrace the comfort of Your love for our leaders. Father, let Your love flow over them so that they are transformed. Completely renew their hearts and minds so that the character of Christ is revealed in every action and decision they make. Humble them so that they serve Your people justly. Restore honor and righteousness in the land through the character of our leaders. Let Your mercy and grace abound towards them to lead with integrity. Shield them from every evil attack and every spirit of corruption. Establish Your Word upon the tablets of their hearts so that out of abundance of their hearts their mouths speak what You have spoken. Bring hope, strength, and the spirit of endurance back to the leaders so that they lead by the example that Jesus set. Lord, Your steadfast love never ceases; Your mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning and great is Your faithfulness. Lord, even when our leaders weren’t faithful, You were, and still are, and for this we say thank you. By faith, we believe in the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus over our leaders that they lead and make decisions with good character, the character of Christ. Then, their strategies will work in Jesus’ mighty name we pray, amen.
Day 16 | Tuesday
By faith, we pray for redeeming evangelism and missions.
Revelations 3:20 - Behold I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.
Today, by faith, we pray that evangelism and missions be redeemed. Our prayers should be more about heaven than earth! Let’s commit to increasing the church by adding to the kingdom! Evangelism in the Greek is euangelion, which means “as a reward for good news, or “to bring the good news.” We have all been called to bring the good news, to proclaim, to report and announce the truth and love of our Savior, Christ Jesus. To which, will you respond? Father, we are asking You to make us more keenly sensitive to Your spirit wherever we are. Give us the faith and courage to declare Your word, to pray for those in need, or to simply give a loving smile or embrace, whether at the market, on the job, or with family, wherever the Father’s spirit leads us.
Prayer
Father, we come before You with open hearts, seeking to invite Your presence into our lives anew in the area of evangelism and missions. Father, redeem evangelism and missions in the hearts of your people. Stir up the zeal to win souls! Your Word says that the harvest is ripe, but the laborers are few. Father, we pray to You, the Lord of the Harvest asking You to lead us by divine appointment to every place You want us to go. We boldly declare an increase in Your laborers in the field. We cry out like Isaiah saying, “Here am I Lord, send me.” Father, use us to show Your goodness through the good news. May our lives reflect Your grace and truth, drawing others to You. Equip Your evangelist and mission workers spiritually and physically. Refresh spirits and renew minds to walk closely with You each day allowing Your light to shine. May Your people not only accept You as Savior, but as Lord. May they truly take Your yoke upon them and learn of You and find rest for their souls. We declare by the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus that they will remain connected to the vine, and lead others to salvation in You, in Jesus’ name we pray, amen.
Day 17 | Wednesday
By faith, we declare the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus over the church/the congregation.
Ephesians 3:9-11 (NLT) - I was chosen to explain to everyone this mysterious plan that God, the Creator of all things, had kept secret from the beginning. God’s purpose in all this was to use the church to display His wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. This was His eternal plan, which He carried out through Christ Jesus, our Lord.
John 10:10 (TPT) – A thief has only one thing in mind—he wants to steal, slaughter, and destroy. But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expect—life in its fullness until you overflow!
This powerful promise speaks to our deep need for hope and redemption, reminding us that even in the darkest moments there is redemption and renewal. No matter the struggle or seemingly insurmountable challenge, it is encouraging to know that there is always redemption through faith in Jesus. God knows the plans He has for us individually, and collectively as His church. We have got to hold on to hope in faith. Ephesians 3:20 says, Our God is able to do exceedingly, above all that we can even ask or think, according to the power that works in us. The AMPC version says, “far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams.]” Remember, God doesn’t get involved in what we can do for ourselves; He gets involved in what is beyond our abilities, where we must trust Him. We, the Church, must operate in faith, allowing the fullness of God’s power to work in us. Let’s call forth the church of the living God, Elohim, to rise up with great faith, to display Our God’s wisdom in the earth!
Prayer
Father, You have saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works, but by Your own purpose and by the grace You granted us in Christ Jesus before time began. Jesus, You disarmed the powers and authorities, You made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. You’ve already made us victorious by the blood of Jesus! Father, we, Your church, declare that we will not crucify Christ again. We will not nail our Lord to the cross again because of unbelief. Father, open the ears of Your people to hear what Your spirit is saying to the church. We declare that Your people will respond in complete obedience that comes only by faith through the precious blood of Jesus. We declare that we will no longer offend Your Spirit by serving ourselves and our own agendas! We stand together in unity where You command the blessing and call forth Your Church to RISE UP and operate IN GREAT FAITH believing Your promises according to what You have spoken. You gave Your son for us; now we respond in faith and give our lives for You, for Your will, for Your purpose! Work it in us, Your Church, that which pleases You, and You alone, in Jesus’ mighty name, amen.
Day 18 | Thursday
By faith, we declare the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus over our cities.
Jeremiah 29:7 (NIV) - Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the LORD for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.
We are a people full of power, and we must exercise the authority that our Father has given us over our cities. We hold the keys to bind and to loose. USE YOUR KEYS! We must declare the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus and the spirit of restoration over our cities. Our cities must respond! Let’s declare together, “Peace and Prosperity reigns in our cities!”
Prayer
O Israel, hope in the Lord! For with the Lord there is steadfast love, and with Him is plentiful redemption. Father, we declare Your word! By faith in the redemptive blood of Jesus, we seek the peace and welfare of our cities. Father, forgive us for not declaring your word in faith over our cities. Forgive us for allowing our cities to be infiltrated with violence, sexual immorality, murder, poverty, lack, and all other spirits of darkness. Father, You alone cause wars to cease in the earth. You cause bows to break, and you shatter spears. (Psalms 46:9) Father, we call on You to do the same in our cities. All things work TOGETHER for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. Therefore, for the sake of those that love You Father, we call everything that is out of alignment; that which is not working together for Peace and Prosperity in the cities, to come into Divine Order NOW in Jesus’ name! We call on the power of the redeeming blood of Jesus to bring restoration to our cities. Thank You for Your watchmen that see and intercede for the city. But Father, most of all, we thank you for keeping watch over our cities. Father, we declare You are Lord over our cities! Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth (in our cities), as it is in heaven in Jesus’ name, amen.
Day 19 | Friday
By faith, we declare the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus over our Nation.
Psalm 33:12 - Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom He hath chosen for his own inheritance.
Now more than ever our country needs repentance, healing, and God's grace to overcome the bigotry, hatred, immorality, and sin that has plagued our land and people. In faith, let us pray for restoration by the power of the blood of Jesus. Let’s declare together that America loves, cherishes, and honors God, knowing that He is sovereign and rules over this nation. In 1956 President Dwight Eisenhower signed legislation which made “In God We Trust,” the official national motto for America. Since the early days America has recognized that our sovereign God plays an essential role in shaping the country’s character. The Founding Fathers’ believed that our rights came from God, not kings. Their writings and speeches constantly referenced God and the role the Divine played in American society. Let’s declare that the people return to honoring God and believing again that Elohim is sovereign and that He rules over America. Let’s stand together declaring by faith that our country will wholeheartedly return back to the motto that it was established on, “In God We Trust!”
Prayer
Father, we repent on behalf of this nation. Forgive us because our nation no longer fears You, Lord. Have mercy on Your people Father. Purify America with the blood of Jesus we pray. Loosen stiff necks and turn hearts back to You, where men walk in ways that honor Your Holy name and where leaders lead us towards You and Your word. We stand boldly declaring that this country will be a beacon light to the world, where the world sees YOU! We declare that men will no longer speak idle empty words, having a form of godliness, but completely void of Your power. Father, turn this country back to You we pray! Turn Your people back to You! We declare that ALL power and dominion in America belong to You. Because You Lord are king, You rule ALL nations. (Psalms 22:28) Therefore, YOU RULE AMERICA! We declare, Your will be done in earth (in America) as it is in heaven, in Jesus’ name. Our nation was established on Your word Father, and by faith, we boldly declare over America, “IN GOD WE TRUST,” in Jesus’ name, amen!
Day 20 | Saturday
Titus 3:1-2 (ESV) - Remind them to be submissive to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people.
By faith, today let’s pray for salvation for every leader in congress and throughout the government. When the heart of government officials are captured by God, their hearts turn for the good of the country, and the people live peaceful lives. Let’s declare that our representatives, and senators who serve within congress will respond to the call from heaven and abandon all hypocrisy and work together in unity to promote righteousness and good for all the people. Let’s declare that they work uncompromisingly to pass bills into law that will align with the kingdom of heaven, protecting the common good of all people, promoting peace, justice, and fairness.
By faith, we declare the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus over our government (federal, state, constitutional, representatives).
Prayer
Father by faith, we declare the redemptive power of the blood of Jesus in our government. We bring our supplications, prayers, intercessions before You. We offer thanksgiving for all people, for kings (for our government) and all who are in high positions, so that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. You alone, Father, change times and seasons; you remove kings and set up kings; you give wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. We invite Your wisdom and guidance into every decision being made by our government. When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice, but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. By faith, we declare that each branch of our government responds to our prayer by aligning itself with Your heart and purpose. We declare that righteous governmental leadership prevails which reflects Your love and justice. We trust by faith that our prayers bring the necessary change in our government, creating a ripple effect that impacts not only the United States of America, but every government that You have called us to be aligned with in Jesus’ name, amen.
Day 21 | Sunday
We pray for redemptive power of the blood of Jesus to BRING REVIVAL!
Psalm 80:19 - Restore us, Lord God Almighty; make Your face shine on us, that we may be saved.
Ezekiel 37:5-6 - This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.”
Today, as we close out our fast, by faith, let’s pray for the redeeming blood of Jesus to continually bring Revival. Let’s agree together that our cry for more of God will never fade or grow dim, but it will grow and grow bringing a more intimate longing, a new renewal, and a deeper joy-filled relationship with Father God. We NEED continual refreshing, a continual outpouring from His Spirit to re-sensitize, revitalize, and reinvigorate our hearts and minds to experience God’s presence in a different way that we’ve never seen before. Let’s declare that our Father’s powerful transformative spirit prompts us individually and collectively, catapulting us into a new sense of worship and purpose where we walk in a deeper intimacy and alignment with Him. Let’s declare that the Power of the Holy Ghost causes an explosive burning in the hearts of men, far greater than the Azusa Street Revival in 1906. THE FIRE ON THE ALTAR WILL NEVER GO OUT!
Prayer
Father, by faith we stand in unity and call on the redemptive blood of Jesus to bring Revival! Cause men to see our good works and glorify You Father in heaven! Let your divine work of transformation be seen in the earth. Breathe afresh on your people! We declare times of refreshing come because we have been in the presence of our God! Father, let your Ruach revive! Father, restore life, revitalize faith, revitalize passion for Your will! Bring LIFE to dry, weary hearts. Father, pour out Your rain from heaven. Just as rain nourishes the earth, Your Spirit refreshes and revives Your people. Pour out Your Spirit on Your people. We declare that sons and daughters prophesy; old men dream dreams, young men see visions. Pour out Your Spirit Lord on Your servants, both men and women. Make Your name known in the earth; cause the nations to quake before You! We declare that THIS AWAKENING IS GREATER than any revival that we’ve experienced before. We declare the Power of the Holy Ghost causes an explosive burning in the hearts of men. By faith, we declare that THE FIRE ON THE ALTAR WILL NEVER GO OUT, but will only INTENSIFY and GROW by the Spirit of the living God, in Jesus’ name, amen.
